Seaview's History
Seaview Real Estate is a Massachusetts Corporation. We have
been serving the Mashpee area since 1971 and are about to celebrate 40
years of continuous experience in this market. We claim to know
more about this market than any of our competitors. One of our
agents was born here.
Office and Staff
Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer
and communication systems. The combined computer experience of our staff
exceeds 100 years. Two of us go all the way back to relays, vacuum
tubes, Hollerith (punched) cards and IBM sorters. We have instant access to all Multiple
Listing Services in Massachusetts, Public Record Searches, and other 21st century tools
and services that our agents need in order to better serve you. What we
don't know about computers and Real Estate isn't worth knowing

After many years in
the mortgage industry Richard began training for Real Estate at
the Lee Institute in Brookline, MA. Richard received his Real
Estate license and began working as a Realtor in 2005.
Richard assisted many clients in buying, selling and financing
properties in the Boston area. In the Spring of 2009 Richard
brought his expertise to Cape Cod. A resident of Bourne, Richard
loves his new home and looks forward to many years ahead serving
the Cape Cod community in these exciting and opportunistic times
in the Real Estate market.
