Cape CoD

A 65 mile long sandbar on the Massachusetts coast composed of fifteen towns made up of one hundred and forty three "quaint little villages" here and there surrounded by the ocean. It has five hundred and eighty six miles of shore line, three hundred and six miles of beaches, encloses two hundred and seventy beautiful, natural lakes and ponds, and has fourteen hundred and eighty miles of paved roads. There are hundreds of places of historic interest, four airports, thousands of shops, motels, theaters, restaurants, ice cream stands, playgrounds, marinas, golf courses and antique shops on "The Cape". If you're fond of sand dunes and salty air, you will never forget it.
